Tom Moseley founded the company in 1989 in a restored mill in Franklin, Massachusetts. In Moseley’s early years, the company pioneered non-traditional foodservice outlets, developing small footprint cart and kiosk solutions for restaurant chains seeking to expand via airports and other non-traditional environments, such as colleges & universities.
This work shaped Moseley’s trajectory toward its current business of integrated design thinking and retail strategy across the landscape of food and beverage. Having worked closely with a majority of the industry’s leaders over the years, Moseley’s knowledge of restaurant operating systems and experiential brand experiences is unsurpassed and its clients now seek the firm’s unique vantage point and insights across a broad range of management arenas.
