We helped Qdoba, a Mexican fast casual concept, design an in-store communication system that simplified a complex decision-making process for new customers, and also encouraged loyal customers to deepen their menu trial and visitation frequency.  By conducting extensive customer interviews, studying ordering patterns and analyzing sales data, we designed one system to meet the needs of various consumer profiles, and address corporate objectives for higher margin item sales and increased consumer engagement.
