
In an effort to leverage consumer demand for “fresh,” Slim-Fast hired us to extend the “healthy” equities of its well-known shelf-stable products in to a line of fresh beverages. We conducted extensive consumer and trade research, and developed a strategy and new business model for the foodservice sector with made-to-order fresh smoothie drinks sold through kiosks and QSR environments under the brand Fresh Haven from the makers of Slim-Fast.
